Our miracle 20' container has been secured and placed on the farm. Now we're converting it into a cold storage facility. Not only is this a requirement for export licensing, but it's so much needed to preserve our harvests before we dehydrate the superfoods. Having this cold storage will save us $$$ thousands per year in lost harvests and donated foods that we can't process in time.
Imagine this gorgeous 20' container with inside walls, ceiling, & floor fully insulated. We will have an air conditioner unit connected to a "coolbot" controller which will cool the air down to 34 degrees. These temperatures save our harvests for up to a week while we work them into the dehydration center.
The final container will be fully insulated, have a sliding glass door in the front end, secured by the original doors at night. Electrical and lighting installed with an air conditioner unit connected to a coolbot controller for correct temperatures. We will also have a zinc roof over the container to drop tropical sun temperatures by 30 degrees and save lots of electricity.
You can help us in 3 ways:
1. Donate from $5 to $8,380 (In units of $5 at checkout)
Air Conditioner (2.4 ton) with installation and coolbot controller: $1,550
3" Insulated panels, electrical panel, wiring, full electrical installed: $2,970
Custom sliding glass door at entrance, PVC flooring, Window: $1,740
Custom zinc roof over container for climate & heat protection: $2,120
Total project: $8,380
2. Pray for this project to be funded and fully supplied.
3. Bring a construction missions team for a week to construct this full project. 6 days and 4 - 5 people will finalize this project from start to finish, and save us alot of time and money on paying construction workers. You will also get to help us feed the kids, process superfoods, and much more during your 7 day stay.
