2026 Expansion Projects

As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, phase 2 of our operation begins.

Phase #1: Build a workable agricultural prototype, "Feeding Kids"

Phase #2: Multiply this scalable vision to the third world, "Growing Leaders"

---------------------

"A mature farm no longer just grows food, but also educates others to grow food as well".

As we prepare to launch into phase #2 of our vision, we are ramping up bilingual training seminars and long-term intern training.  Our current Bible/Agri/Poverty Busting classes will become English/Spanish bilingual in 2026. Interns will spend time learning on the farm, in our surrounding communities with hands-on training.

Living in Panama has its housing challenges. There are simply no housing and educational facilities available for our long-term training of interns and students. We are planning to build housing and a training facility right on our property.  We will start with five small homes that will house interns and teaching staff. And our larger multi-purpose facility will hold up to 200 students.

We are completing all artistic designs and costs. We can typically build for $100 per sf, as Panama has lower building material costs in this season. Therefore, a 600 sf home will cost around $60,000, and an 800 sf home will cost around $80,000.  This year, we are gathering home partners who will each commit to raising the funds for one home. We are also preparing for construction mission teams to spend a week this year with hands-on, talented construction of these homes.

With student housing in place, we can fully train 24 interns/students per year, plus unlimited local students who have their own housing.

Design: Our first five homes in a circle represent grace, provision, and the covenant power to transform and feed a community.  The circle represents unity, eternity, and equality.  The gazebo represents the transformative table of fellowship.  The gardens represent Eden restored, stewardship, life, healing, and fruitfulness.  Surrounding walls represent order, identity, peace, safety, quiet, and sacred space.  Beauty is a sacred mandate. This will create an optimum environment for students and staff to teach, train, and learn in a "garden of Eden" environment.

Growing leaders is our 2026 thrust. This requires security, housing, greenhouse restoration, and individual partnerships.  Don't forget the need for like-minded teachers, educators, instructors, etc.   Remember, we are building community leaders who can analyze a community, find the most extreme poverty points and eradicate them, bring Word of God instruction, teach the people to grow food and harvest water, and return them to the Garden of Eden environment to raise their families and function as a community.  Times are critical for this type of training center.

Concrete Sidewalk/Railing (Critical) $4,100

We have a sidewalk that must be built 5' in the air that will inter-connect our outdoor kitchen, our 40' container, and our covered meeting facility.  We currently have a rock walkway that is very dangerous for volunteers and children alike.  This is a critical update that needs to be accomplished asap.

2026 Toyota Hilux White Double Cab Automatic - $33,000 (specials come from time to time)

The 2026 Toyota Hilux is available with 2.8L turbo-diesel engine and a 6-speed automatic transmissions. Key upgrades include dual 12.3-inch screens, improved suspension comfort, electric steering, and a 3,500 kg towing capacity with increased gross combined mass.

Landscaping & Road Finished - $3,900

Our road and landscaping needs to be completed through the farm. This will allow supplies to be delivered by truck, and it will beautify the entire farm for visitors. Our first 10 years, we had to decide whether to look beautiful or to grow food. The second 10 years, we're going to do both.

Electrical Repair & Expansion Throughout Farm - $4,100

We need to run 220v electricity through the entire farm to connect pumps, lights, and future projects.

20' Container Converted Office & Cold Room - $7,400

We desperately need cold room storage for our harvested leaves, which wilt fast in the tropical heat. And we need an office to run this monster. This will be an amazing upgrade!

MacBook Pro Multimedia Laptop - $3,100

10-Core CPU, 10-Core GPU, 24GB Unified Memory, 2TB SSD Storage¹, 16-core Neural Engine, 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display², Three Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI port, SDXC card slot, headphone jack, MagSafe 3 port, Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, Force Touch trackpad, 96W USB-C Power Adapter, Apple Intelligence, Nano Texture Display, Final Cut Pro pre-installed software, Apple Care.

10 Year Greenhouse Restoration - $49,000

Our 6,000 square meter greenhouse (1.5 acres) is responsible for growing thousands of pounds of superfood greens for dehydration and feeding of the most severe malnourished children in Panama. This greenhouse took us 1 year to build and hundreds of thousands of Dollars. It's important to keep this greenhouse fully functional. In a hostile tropical environment where everything is rusting, the sun is scorching, rain and wind are testing, every greenhouse needs welding, plastic recovered, irrigation renewed, etc., for the next 10 years.  We can restore and recover this greenhouse for 1/10th of the cost of construction.  We are seeking funding of $49,000 to fully restore this greenhouse with a team of workers and 4 months of restoration.

Secure Electric Front Gate & Fencing - $9,000

Our farm has dreamed of an auto-opening, glorious, electric, metal security gate and fencing at the front of the farm/dehydration center. This will provide security day and night, and will give visitors a glorious welcome from a training center with a glorious vision.  The cost of 150 feet of fencing and a large security gate is $9,000.

Rabbit Housing & Fertilizer Factory - $12,000

Rabbit fertilizer is the miraculous, sustainable, organic backbone of our training center. 150 rabbits can fully feed our farm and our little community of homes filled with raised bed gardening.  This is the most important part of growing food in the future, in our humble opinion.  We need to build a permanent, secure housing facility for 150 rabbits who work hard for us.  This glorious rabbit production factory will provide wonderful, safe, clean, insect-free housing for our furry little friends, and allow us to harvest their pee and poop, which is converted to powerful fertilizer for growing food.  It will process poop to fertilizer, provide veterinarian-grade facilities for medical care, and will be a true training facility for others to replicate. The total cost of this facility is $12,000.

*We used to buy commercial fertilizer for $1,500 per month which now costs $3,000 pe rmonth. But our cost to fertilize with rabbit tea is only $200 pe month.  For the cost of 4 months of commercial farm fertilizer, we can build the long term, ultimate dream facility for our community of rabbits. It's a real no-brainer.

Covered Work Facility For Tractor & Skid Steer $3,000

Harsh rains, winds, and weather can destroy even the best of farm equipment, tractors, backhoes or skid steers.  We need to develop a large door and driveway to protect our equipment under the greenhouse facility. The total cost is $3,000.

Security System & Cameras Installed - $2,200

The more attention our project attracts, the more bad actors take an illicit interest in our farm, equipment, and tools.  Coyotes, mountain cats, and wild dogs are also interested in our livestock. We need to install a security system that will identify motion and warn us of enemies that constantly try to steal from us. The total cost of this system is $2,200. We can do it in increments of $1,200 and $1,000 if you would like to partner with one part of the system.

GFP Multi-Use Training Facility - TBD

We currently use our covered farm facility for all of our activities. It's a great facility, but it's open to wind, driving rain (that disrupts our meetings as it comes in), massive heat from sunlight, and more.  Sometimes it's so hard for people to hear with our sound system turned up to full volume when rain is hitting our metal roof at tropical impact.  A secure training facility will give us an excellent multimedia training environment for students. It will also include a full commercial kitchen and stage.
