We need to construct a large multipurpose covered meeting area on the farm. Our good friend and pastor has created the building that we need at their church. We can replicate this building and easily add 2 feet to the height of the roof. With a concrete floor, electricity, and fully covered, we can bring educational classes to fathers, mothers, missions teams, interns, team members, and staff.
We need to educate moms, dads, youth, bible college students, and interns under a roof. We also need to provide a covered place for missions teams to eat dinner and rest under protection from rain. The cost to build this 20' x 38' (760 sq. ft.) metal roof with a nice concrete floor is only $5,400. This is an amazing price at only $6.58 per sq. ft.
The great news is this. After using this for its original purpose, if we ever need to convert it into student housing, we will simply need to add walls and doors, as we will plumb this for sinks and toilets, and electricity will already be in place. This will ensure a dual-purpose, long-term use of this project far into the future.
