This large seeded Japanese variety is used primarily for sprouting and grows to maturity in 45 to 65 days .They are very easy to grow, will grow in almost any conditions and mature at a very fast, exciting rate. When fully mature, White Sprouting radishes produce long, white, mildly pungent roots that average 12-14 by 2-3 inches, though it will grow much larger. Large vigorous tops.
This radish is juicy and flavorful, can be used fresh in salads, cooked in vegetable dishes, pickled, or grated and mixed with ginger and soy sauce to make a dip. Very popular in many Asian dishes. Roots can be stored for a long time.
