If you can't plant peas early, this Wando variety is for you as it has a remarkable resistance to warm weather. This variety is more heat and drought tolerant than other varieties. Tolerates early cold yet remains productive into early warm weather. Exceptionally sweet pea. Vines are 24" to 32" tall.   A very good yielder with dark green pods, blunt and well filled with 6 to 8 tender medium-sized peas. 

A vigorous, multi-purpose variety that is excellent fresh, frozen and canned.

Used to sow late in the season to extend your pea harvest. Excellent type for Southern gardeners.

Disease Resistant - Resistant to Root-Knot Nematodes
This variety is a good nutritional choice due to its high content of vitamins A, B and C.

SEED SOWING: Germination temperature 55F-75F. Direct-sow 1 inch deep and 2"-3" apart in fine well-drained soil. Germination is 7-14 days depending upon growing conditions.
