HEIRLOOM DILL BOUQUET -- 2000 Seeds
Anethum graveolens

85 days. Annual. Plant produces aromatic, very flavorful leaves and seeds. Seeds are used as a pickling spice and leaves are used in omelettes, fish dishes, and salads. Also used as a garnishes. Leaves can be dried for later use. Similar to 'Long Island Mammoth' but shorter plants with larger flower/seed heads, larger leaves, and higher yields. Plant Height: 30" tall (76 cm)

CULTURE: Easy to grow.
INDOORS: Dill can be started inside in individual pots/cells. Sow 3-5 seeds per cell and thin later to 1-2 plants each. Transplant to garden using 4" spacing in rows at least 12" apart.
OUTDOORS: (Recommended planting method) -- Sow in spring as soon as soil can be worked. Plant seeds 1/8 - 1/4" deep, 2 seeds per inch. Thinning is not necessary, but 4" final spacing produces healthy full plants. Successive sowings can be done every 3 weeks to harvest fresh dill greens continuously.
